1. Experience and expertise in setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines, including programing and troubleshooting

2. Proficiency in using CAM software to create and modify machining programs, optimize toolpaths, and manage CNC machine operations

3. Ability to use calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other measuring tools to inspect machined parts and ensure accuracy and conformance to specifications

4. Knowledge of safe and efficient handling of automotive steel components, including proper lifting techniques and use of material handling equipment

5. Understanding of various cutting tools, including their types, materials, geometries, and applications in CNC machining

6. Ability to identify and troubleshoot issues related to CNC machine operation, tool wear, or program errors, and implement effective solutions

7. Understanding of lean manufacturing principles and ability to contribute to process improvements, optimizing efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
