- Oversee Operations: Manage daily in office activities to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
- Manage Staff: Assign daily tasks, track time cards, and handle work schedules for field teams.
- Enforce Safety: Ensure all workers and subcontractors follow strict health and safety protocols.
- Communicate: Act as the primary contact between field crews and the main office.
- Resource Control: Order necessary equipment and materials while monitoring costs.
- Resolve Issues: Handle customer complaints and fix on-site operational roadblocks quickly
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
