We are looking for an Accountant / Billing Executive to join our distribution and trading business, The Distributors.

The ideal candidate should be responsible, organized, and a quick learner who can handle daily billing and basic accounting work.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and manage daily sales invoices using BUSY accounting software.
- Handle purchase and sales entries.
- Maintain accurate billing and accounting records.
- Track payments and outstanding balances.
- Maintain customer and supplier accounts.
- Assist with GST billing and basic accounting tasks.
- Handle other day-to-day office accounting work.

Requirements

- Basic knowledge of accounting and billing.
- Experience with BUSY accounting software is preferred.
- Good computer skills, especially Excel.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Quick learner with a willingness to learn.
- Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently.

Salary

₹35,000 per month
