To act as a legal point of contact for all the organisation stakeholders
- Preliminary Legal opinion and documentation for the lands company explores and considers
- Check List and Primafacy for the Land in persuit
- Decent knowlwdge on Land related documents and Legal aspects of the Land
- Vendor Contracts
- Sale Agreements, Sale Deeds, Allotment Letters and other documents pertaining to the property on sale (flat, plot or a villa etc)
- RERA , GST, IT other compliance and act as Legal SPOC.
- NDA, Employee, Investor related Legal documents
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
