Role Description

The Project Coordinator will act as the central link between site teams and the head office, ensuring seamless coordination, accurate information flow, and efficient execution. The role requires working knowledge of architectural and construction drawings, along with basic material understanding to support planning, tracking, and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate between site engineers, architects, consultants, and office teams; track RFIs, drawings, and approvals




- Read and interpret architectural/structural drawings; identify gaps and ensure latest drawings at site
- Review BOQs and material specs; coordinate requirements and track material status (indents to delivery)
- Monitor site progress vs schedule; maintain trackers and flag delays/bottlenecks
- Maintain project documentation (drawings, revisions, MOMs) and prepare progress reports
- Follow up with vendors/consultants to ensure alignment between drawings, materials, and execution
- Support planning, scheduling, and basic cost vs progress tracking.

Key skills:

- Drawing reading + basic material knowledge
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and communication
- Good reporting and attention to detail.

Qualification:

- B.Tech/Bachelor's in Architecture / Civil / Construction
- 8-10 yrs experience in residential/real estate projects
- Experience in drawings, BOQs, and material tracking
- Proficient in MS Excel (MS Project is a plus)

Salary: Negotiable for deserving candidate
