Role Description The Sales and Marketing Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The role involves generating new business leads, promoting the company's placement and HR services, and maintaining strong relationships with corporate and individual clients. Daily activities include conducting market research, planning and executing sales and marketing campaigns, meeting prospective and existing clients, and presenting service offerings. The executive will track sales performance, prepare proposals and reports, coordinate with internal consulting teams,



and support brand-building initiatives through online and offline channels. The position requires proactive outreach, consistent follow-up, and a focus on achieving revenue and client acquisition targets.
Qualifications

- Ability to perform Market Research and Market Planning to identify opportunities and design effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Strong Sales skills, including lead generation, client engagement, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Proficiency in Marketing activities such as campaign execution, promotion of services, and brand awareness initiatives.
- Excellent Communication skills for client presentations, networking, report writing, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Prior experience in recruitment consulting, HR services, or B2B sales is preferred.
- Comfort with on-site client visits in Gurugram and surrounding areas, and ability to work independently to meet targets.
- Strong organizational skills, basic proficiency with CRM or sales tracking tools, and commitment to ethical, inclusive business practices.
