Role Description The Sea EXIM Executive (Logistics) will manage end-to-end export and import operations by sea, ensuring timely and accurate processing of shipments and documentation. This full-time, on-site role is based in Gurugram and involves coordinating with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs agents, and clients to handle bookings, schedules, and cargo movements. Daily responsibilities include preparing and reviewing export/import documentation, monitoring shipments, resolving operational issues, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and trade requirements. The Sea EXIM Executive will also track logistics costs, maintain records,



support vendor and client communication, and provide regular status updates to internal stakeholders for smooth supply chain operations.
Qualifications

- Robust Customer Service skills with a focus on responsiveness and client satisfaction in logistics and EXIM operations.
- Excellent Communication abilities, including clear written and verbal interaction with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
- Proficiency in Logistics Management, including shipment planning, documentation handling, and coordination with carriers and agents.
- Understanding of Supply Chain Management concepts, such as inventory flow, lead times, and coordination across multiple stakeholders.
- Basic Sales and negotiation skills for dealing with vendors, service providers, and rate finalization when required.
- Knowledge of sea freight EXIM procedures, Incoterms, customs clearance processes, and relevant regulations.
- Ability to work accurately with documentation and data, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfort using MS Office and logistics or ERP systems to manage records and reporting.
- Relevant experience in export–import or logistics operations; prior exposure to sea freight is preferred.
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field is an advantage.
