WE ARE HIRING | Sr. Technical Process Executive

Domain: International Technical Support

Locations: Pune & Bangalore

Eligibility Criteria:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Technical Support
- International Voice Process experience is mandatory
- Any Graduate (Mandatory)
- Robust communication and technical troubleshooting skills

Job Details:

- Work Mode: Work From Office
- Shift: 24×7 US Rotational Night Shifts
- Working Days: 5 Days a Week
- Weekly Offs: 2 Rotational Days
- Cab Facility: Both-way cab within a 25 km radius

Interview Process:

- SVAR Assessment
- Operations Round
- Interview Mode: Virtual
