Qualification: Diploma Instrumentation or B. Tech.
Experience in Years: 5 to 10 Years
Required Skills:
Planning of job & workmen on daily basis, Execution of job planning.
Job Description of Position Incumbent:
1. Have good knowledge of ABB make DCS system
2. Is familiar with making PID loop for process improvement
3. Have knowledge of field instruments being used in ball mill, Roller Press, Wagon tippler and Packing plant
4. Is familiar with the SAP system
5. Manpower monitoring
6. Well versed in UTCL safety Standards
7. Doing prospect, preventive and breakdown maintenance of E&I; department in Ball mill and roller press circuit
8. Shutdown planning
9. Process improvement and use of AI based new technologies
10. E&I; stoppage reduction by preventive and breakdown maintenance in Cement mill area
