Responsibilities

- Handle incoming calls and customer inquiries in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.




- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently.
- Document all customer interactions in the system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
- Robust problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or customer service platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented attitude.
