Professional Fees & Earning Structure:

Earnings are paid as Professional / Consultancy Fee.

25% to 40% consultancy fee (depending on product category) on business sourced and serviced.

Long-term renewal and royalty income (4% to 8%) ensuring continuity of earnings

Additional income potential through mentoring of newly recruited partners.

No cap on earnings. Income grows with experience and involvement.

Training & Support:

Professional training and certifications provided (IIM or Equivalent).

Continuous product and regulatory support from KMLI.

Dedicated relationship and servicing assistance.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

· Experience more than 25 years in handling teams.

· Flair for recruitment & training, strategic thinking and direction, creativity, courage, collaboration and integrity.

· Proficiency in data analysis and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

· Strong understanding of financial modelling and forecasting techniques.

· Excellent project management skills with experience in Agile methodologies.

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.

· Proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational performance.
