About our client

Our client is one of India's earliest lab-grown diamond jewellery brands, established in 2018. They design fine jewellery in 14kt and 18kt solid gold with IGI-certified lab-grown diamonds, with a up-to-date aesthetic created for the women of today. From everyday studs and tennis bracelets to bridal mangalsutras and personalised gifts, their collections are built around meaningful, wearable pieces.

About the role

You will be the face of the brand for its customers. You will handle enquiries, host in-store appointments, and look after each order from the moment it is placed through to follow-up. We want someone warm and outgoing who builds real relationships without a pushy sales style.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries on WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, email and calls, and turn them into sales

• Host and manage in-store and virtual appointments, guiding customers through the range

• Understand each customer's requirements,



including custom and personalised pieces, and coordinate with the internal team to fulfil them

• Oversee the full order journey: order placement, updates, delivery and post-purchase follow-up

• Maintain customer records and keep track of leads and repeat customers

• Ideate and help execute promotional activity, such as festive and seasonal offers and collection launches

• Share regular updates on enquiries, sales and customer feedback with the Founder

Who we are looking for

• 1-3 years of experience in sales, client servicing or customer relationship roles

• Prior experience in jewellery, luxury or premium retail is preferred but not essential

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• An outgoing, client-facing personality that suits a boutique brand, and a consultative rather than overtly salesy style

• Well organised, with good follow-through on details and timelines

• Comfortable with WhatsApp Business, social media messaging, spreadsheets or a basic CRM
