We're hiring: Product Support Engineer I | DP World | Hyderabad

My team at DP World Group Technology supports the software that keeps global port and terminal operations running around the clock. We're looking for an engineer who enjoys solving real production problems and wants to grow at the intersection of development, operations and customer support.

What you'll do:

1. Resolve customer tickets and incidents within SLA, working closely with developers and senior engineers
2. Build automations that eliminate repetitive manual work for tech teams and customers
3. Improve monitoring for the products you support and act on deviations
4. Read, write and debug code to fix bugs and solve problems
5. Take part in incident post-mortems and drive process improvements
6. Strengthen our technical and process documentation

What we're looking for:

1. Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field
2. 2+ years in software development,



technical support engineering or DevOps
3. Programming Skills in Python/Java/ Perl or another OOP language
4. Linux fundamentals, SQL/databases, and exposure to cloud platforms
5. Understanding of distributed systems and microservices
6. Experience with monitoring/automation tools and agile ways of working
7. Strong problem-solving, communication and documentation skills
