Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced App Tester to ensure the quality, functionality, usability, and reliability of our Android mobile applications, particularly those supporting NBFC and lending operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and execute test cases and test scenarios for Android applications.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing.
- Test lending workflows including KYC, customer onboarding, document upload, loan processing, EMI/payment, etc.
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA or similar tools.
- Conduct defect verification and regression testing after fixes.
- Perform compatibility testing across Android devices and OS versions.
- Perform basic API and SQL/database testing.
- Prepare test reports and QA documentation.
- Coordinate with developers, product, and business teams to resolve issues.
- Support release validation and provide feedback on application quality.





Required Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, BCA/MCA, B.E./B.Tech, B.Sc IT, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in mobile/software testing.
- Hands-on experience with Android application testing.
- Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, testing methodologies, and defect life cycle.
- Experience with JIRA or similar defect-tracking tools.
- Basic knowledge of API and SQL/database testing.
- Robust analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
- Experience in NBFC, FinTech, lending, or financial applications will be an advantage.
