Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to manage customer enquiries, generate quotations, follow up on orders, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Customer Enquiry Management

- Handle incoming customer enquiries through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Maintain regular communication with existing and potential customers.

2. Quotation & Order Management

- Prepare and share quotations with customers.
- Follow up on quotations for order confirmation.
- Coordinate with the Order Processing Team for timely order execution.
- Ensure accurate pricing, product specifications, and order details.

3. Sales Follow-ups & Conversion

- Follow up with customers to convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Maintain records of pending quotations and customer responses.




- Work towards achieving monthly sales targets.

4. Internal Coordination

- Coordinate with the Sales, Purchase, Warehouse, and Dispatch Teams.
- Check stock availability and delivery timelines.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and complaints.

5. Customer Relationship Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Identify repeat business opportunities.
- Support the field sales team with customer information and sales updates.

6. Reporting & Documentation

- Maintain daily enquiry, quotation, and sales follow-up reports.
- Update customer records in Excel/CRM/ERP systems.
- Submit daily and monthly sales performance reports to management.

Required Skills

- Positive verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and customer-handling abilities.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, email communication, and ERP/CRM systems.
- Ability to manage multiple customer enquiries.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of stainless steel fasteners, industrial products, or B2B sales will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
