We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Recruiter Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.

*Job Responsibilities:

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job platforms.
- Screen resumes and candidate profiles.
- Contact candidates and understand their skills and preferences.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Follow up with candidates during the hiring process.
- Maintain and update candidate records.
- Support the recruitment team with daily hiring activities.

* Skills Required:

- Good communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR.
- Good candidate sourcing and screening skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, Indeed,



Google Sheets/Excel.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and work independently.
