About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Documentation & Production Specialist with 3–5 years of

experience in packaging production. This role will support the Engineering Department of

a print production house by creating accurate technical drawings, production layouts, and

documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engineering drawings, elevations, structural layouts, and production
- documentation for boxes, packaging, and displays.
- Prepare accurate dielines, dimensions, scale drawings, panel layouts, seams,
- folds, overlaps, bleed, and cut lines.
- Translate technical specifications into clear, production-ready drawings.
- Review designs for structural accuracy, manufacturability, and production
- requirements.
- Create and update technical drawings for boxes, retail displays, POP displays,
- and packaging structures.
- Optimize layouts and nesting to help reduce material waste.
- Maintain title blocks, legends, revision history, and version control.
- Work with production teams to resolve technical and specification-related issues.
- Create clear technical documentation for production and client approval.

Required Qualifications





- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in packaging, box, and display production is
- required.
- Strong experience with packaging dielines, structural layouts, boxes, and
- displays.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, EngView, AutoCAD, and other relevant technical
- drawing tools.
- Robust understanding of dimensions, scale, materials, substrates, and production
- specifications.
- Ability to understand how boxes and displays are manufactured and assembled.
- Excellent attention to detail and visual proofing skills.
- Ability to convert technical requirements into clear, accurate production drawings.
- Experience with print production, wide-format, or fabrication is a plus.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
