Sales Manager

Grand Motors, an authorised dealer of Bajaj motorcycles & Chetak electric scooters in Thrissur District, is looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our team at Kuriachira. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the sales team, achieving business targets, developing customer relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the dealership.

Qualification: Plus Two or Any Degree
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in the Automobile or NBFC sector

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Monitor individual and team sales performance
- Prepare and review sales reports




- Identify new business opportunities and support dealership growth
- Ensure a high standard of customer service throughout the sales process
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth customer deliveries
