We are Hiring Manager on Duty

Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

Preference: Immediate joiners preferred

Location : Sabine Hospital And research centre, Cherkala, Kasaragod

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of the hospital during assigned shifts.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure efficient patient care and services.
- Handle operational issues and resolve them promptly.
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, and discipline during the shift.
- Address patient and visitor concerns professionally.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, administration, and support departments.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Prepare and maintain shift-related reports and records.
- Escalate critical issues to the concerned management team.
- Ensure a positive patient experience and smooth hospital functioning.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in a hospital/healthcare setting.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.




- Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and work under pressure.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Qualification:

- Any Degree/MBA/MHA
- Minimum 1-2 Years Of Experience
- Immediate Joiners Preferred
