1. Job Description: Test Drive Coordinator

Position Title: Test Drive Coordinator

Experience: 0 – 2 Years

Work Timings: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Remuneration: Best in Industry

Licensing Requirement: Valid Four-Wheeler (4W) Driving License Mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

* Test Drive Management: Schedule, arrange, and manage customer test drive requests (both at the dealership and door-step/home visits) in coordination with the sales team.

* Vehicle Maintenance & Readiness: Ensure all demo and test drive vehicles are clean, well-maintained, fuel-sufficient, and mechanically fit for test drives at all times.

* Customer Demonstration & Briefing: Accompany customers on test drives, brief them on vehicle safety rules, explain key vehicle features, and ensure a safe driving experience.

* Documentation & Log Keeping: Maintain accurate daily logs of test drives, driver details, mileage, route details, vehicle condition, and customer feedback signatures.

* Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with traffic safety rules, verify customer driving licenses before handing over keys, and oversee indemnity form sign-offs.





* Vehicle Movement & Fleet Coordination: Coordinate movement of demo cars for routine servicing, washings, fuel top-ups, and minor inspection checkups.

Qualifications & Requirements:

* Education: Higher Secondary (10+2), Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

* Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in automotive dealership coordination, customer service, or fleet management (Freshers with strong driving skills are welcome).

* Mandatory Skill: Must possess a valid, active Four-Wheeler Driving License with a clean driving record.

* Skills:

* Excellent driving skills with complete knowledge of local traffic rules and safety norms.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with dealership clients.

* Basic knowledge of automobile features, specifications, and maintenance.

* Punctual, organized, and capable of managing scheduling records accurately.

Pay: ₹828,000.00 - ₹2,220,000.00 per year
