About the Role

We are looking for an R&D; Team Member - Tamil to support curriculum development, content creation, and academic quality across Nalanda's schools. The role will focus on developing and refining Tamil curriculum and teaching resources for students from KG to Grade 10/12.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, review, and refine Tamil curriculum content and teaching materials for KG to Grade 10/12
- Research effective teaching practices and create practical, classroom-ready Tamil resources
- Work with academic and subject teams to maintain consistency in curriculum quality and pedagogy




- Support the training and implementation of new Tamil content and teaching methods
- Travel weekly between Krishnagiri, Hosur, and Mettur branches as required

Who Can Apply

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Tamil or a relevant field
- Robust proficiency in Tamil and English
- B.Ed preferred; candidates currently pursuing B.Ed may also apply
- Strong written communication and content development skills
- Experience or interest in curriculum development, academic content, or teaching
- Candidates without B.Ed may be considered based on relevant skills and potential

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
