Job Summary

Zelandium is looking for a Telecaller to support our lead-generation and client outreach activities.

The role involves contacting potential customers, introducing Zelandium and its eCommerce solutions, understanding basic customer requirements, maintaining lead information, and following up with interested prospects.

This is a suitable opportunity for candidates who are confident in communication and interested in telecalling, customer interaction, sales, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and business prospects.
- Introduce Zelandium and explain our eCommerce technology solutions clearly.
- Understand the basic requirements and interests of potential customers.
- Identify and qualify interested prospects.
- Follow up with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, or email as required.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, follow-ups, and lead status.
- Update lead information in Excel/Google Sheets or CRM tools.
- Schedule follow-up discussions or meetings with interested prospects.
- Communicate professionally with potential and existing clients.
- Coordinate with the team and hand over qualified leads for further discussion.
- Meet assigned calling and follow-up targets.
- Provide regular updates on calling activities and lead progress.





Requirements

- Good verbal communication skills.
- Valuable English communication skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with new people.
- Confident, polite, and professional communication style.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Good follow-up and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Willingness to learn about eCommerce and technology solutions.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Good to Have

- Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, sales, or business development.
- Experience with outbound calling or lead generation.
- Familiarity with CRM tools.
- Knowledge of eCommerce or online businesses.
- Malayalam/Hindi proficiency would be an advantage.
