Job Summary

We are looking for hardworking and responsible Picker-Packers for warehouse operations at P4B. The candidate will be responsible for picking products according to orders, packing items safely, checking product quality, and preparing orders for dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

1. Pick products from warehouse shelves according to order lists.
2. Scan products using a barcode scanner or handheld device.
3. Pack products properly to prevent damage during transportation.
4. Verify product quantity, item codes, and order details.
5. Label packed items and prepare them for dispatch.
6. Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of warehouse stock.
7. Follow warehouse safety rules and standard operating procedures.
8. Coordinate with warehouse team members to complete daily targets.
9. Report damaged, missing, or incorrect products to the supervisor.

Basic reading and counting skills.
2. Ability to use a barcode scanner or willingness to learn.
3. Good attention to detail and accuracy.
4. Ability to work in a team and meet daily targets.
5. Physically fit to handle warehouse activities.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Education: 10th pass or above.
2. Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates may apply, depending on the vacancy.
