New hires will receive on‑the‑job training covering Wakefit’s specific assembly methods, quality standards, and safety procedures.

Career progression opportunities are available for high‑performing Carpenters. Employees can advance to senior carpentry roles, lead a workshop team, or transition into quality assurance and process improvement positions, depending on their interests and demonstrated capabilities.

Wakefit offers a supportive work setting that emphasizes safety, continuous improvement, and employee well‑being. The company provides regular safety briefings, access to modern tooling, and a clear pathway for skill development.

If you are a motivated individual with a passion for woodworking, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering top‑quality furniture, we invite you to apply for the Carpenter position and become part of Wakefit’s growing success story.
