The core duties of the position include:

Each successful trip is compensated at INR 150, and drivers typically handle multiple trips per day depending on demand and traffic conditions. The cumulative earnings can reach up to INR 30,000 per month for high‑performing individuals who consistently meet or exceed trip targets.

To be considered for this role, you must possess a valid 4‑wheeler driving licence that authorises you to operate both manual and automatic vehicles. A functional smartphone is required for navigation, trip logging, and communication with the operations team. Additionally, you must provide a copy of your Aadhar card and PAN card for verification and payroll processing. While formal education is not mandatory, a minimum of one month of practical driving experience with either transmission type is expected.

Performance is measured by punctuality, the number of trips completed, adherence to safety standards, and the quality of customer interactions. Drivers are expected to maintain a skilled demeanor,



address customer queries courteously, and report any vehicle issues immediately to avoid service delays. Regular feedback sessions with the operations manager help identify areas for improvement and recognize high achievers.

The work schedule is primarily daytime, aligning with peak traffic periods in Delhi. You will be based out of a central dispatch office, but the majority of your time will be spent on the road. While the role is on‑site, there is flexibility to adjust routes based on real‑time traffic updates, and you will receive support from a dedicated dispatch team that monitors road conditions and provides alternate assignments when necessary.

Compensation is directly tied to productivity. Drivers receive INR 150 per completed trip, with the potential to earn between INR 25,000 and INR 30,000 per month depending on trip volume.
