Daalchini Logistics, a leading provider of last‑mile delivery solutions, is expanding its operational team in Noida. We are looking for a dedicated Vending Machine Operator and Delivery Associate who can seamlessly blend the responsibilities of vending machine management with efficient delivery services. This role is critical to ensuring that our vending solutions remain stocked, functional, and accessible to customers while also guaranteeing that parcels and goods reach their destinations on time.

The successful candidate will be the face of Daalchini Logistics on the ground, interacting directly with customers, handling cash or digital transactions, and maintaining the integrity of our vending assets. You will work closely with the warehouse team, assisting in order preparation, stock verification, and occasional loading tasks. Your ability to follow routes accurately, manage time effectively, and uphold safety standards will directly impact our service quality and customer satisfaction.

Key duties include operating vending machines at various client sites, restocking items, performing routine checks, and reporting any technical issues. Delivery responsibilities involve picking up parcels from the warehouse, planning optimal routes, and delivering them within the stipulated time windows. You will also be required to maintain detailed logs of deliveries, vending machine service activities, and any cash collected, ensuring that all records are accurate and up‑to‑date.

We value punctuality, reliability,

and a proactive attitude. As part of our team, you will receive a competitive compensation package that includes a base in‑hand salary of ₹14,500 per month, an attendance bonus of ₹500, a petrol allowance calculated at ₹3 per kilometre, and performance‑based incentives. Overtime work is compensated, and total earnings are projected to range between ₹20,000 and ₹22,000 per month, depending on mileage, performance, and overtime hours.

To thrive in this role, you must possess a valid driving licence, own a well‑maintained bike, and be comfortable navigating Noida’s traffic conditions. Physical stamina is essential as the job requires loading and unloading items, standing for extended periods while operating vending machines, and occasional lifting of moderate weight. Strong communication skills will help you address customer queries, resolve minor issues on the spot, and convey feedback to the operations team.

We offer a supportive work workplace where performance is recognized and rewarded. Training on our delivery management app and vending machine handling procedures will be provided. If you are a self‑motivated individual with a strong work ethic, a passion for customer service, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, we invite you to join our growing team.

Apply now to become an integral part of Daalchini Logistics and contribute to the seamless delivery experience that our customers rely on every day.
