As a Picker & Packer, you will become an integral part of the order fulfillment process, ensuring that every shipment leaves the warehouse accurately, safely, and on time.

The daily workflow begins with receiving pick lists generated by the Warehouse Management System. You will navigate the storage aisles, locate the required SKUs, and retrieve the correct quantities. Accuracy is critical; each item must match the order specifications before it proceeds to the packing station.

At the packing station, you will assess the dimensions and fragility of each product, select appropriate packing materials, and secure the items to prevent damage during transit. Proper labeling and documentation are essential, as they enable downstream teams to track shipments and resolve any issues quickly.

Quality checks are performed before each package is sealed. You will inspect the packed items for correct placement, adequate protection, and proper labeling. Any discrepancies are reported immediately to the shift supervisor to maintain high service standards.

The role demands physical stamina, as you will be required to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg, stand for extended periods, and navigate narrow aisles.



Prozo places a strong emphasis on safety; you must wear the provided personal protective equipment, follow lock‑out/tag‑out procedures when necessary, and report hazards promptly.

Teamwork is a cornerstone of the warehouse workplace. You will collaborate closely with fellow pickers, packers, and inventory staff to meet daily dispatch targets. A positive attitude and willingness to assist colleagues during peak periods are highly valued.

Performance is measured through key metrics such as order accuracy rate, packing speed, and adherence to safety protocols. High performers are eligible for attendance bonuses, performance incentives, and overtime pay at a rate of B100 per hour. Fresh graduates start with a net take‑home salary of INR 14,000, while candidates with up to two years of experience receive INR 16,000.

Benefits include a monthly attendance bonus of M500, performance incentives of M2,000, and the opportunity to earn overtime. The position offers a stable, full‑time schedule from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with shift flexibility as operational needs dictate.
