As a Technical Field Executive, you won't just repair hardware; you will operate at the intersection of energy, Internet of Things (IoT), and smart field technology. You will own grid uptime, deploy next-gen swapping nodes, and keep the electric movement flowing continuously across Visakhapatnam.

️ WHAT YOU’LL DO1. Smart Station Management & Uptime Optimization

1. Run end-to-end technical operations across assigned high-speed swapping & ultra-fast charging nodes.
2. Monitor real-time station metrics to achieve maximum network availability and eliminate operational downtime.
3. Lead high-voltage setup, hardware testing, and system commissioning for recent swap locations.

2. Advanced Technical Troubleshooting & Diagnostics

1. Utilize diagnostic tools to isolate complex faults across electrical systems, battery chemistries, smart chargers, and Battery Management Systems (BMS).
2. Execute preventive maintenance routines and station health audits using standard operating procedures.
3. Escalate software/hardware anomalies with precise technical logs and telemetry reports.

3. Ecosystem Orchestration & Field Leadership





1. Coordinate field repairs with specialized vendors, technicians, and engineering teams.
2. Mentor and supervise junior field technicians to build a high-efficiency field crew.
3. Oversee spare-parts inventory, digital maintenance logs, and site collections.

⚡ WHO YOU ARE

1. Technical Foundation: Diploma, ITI, B.E., or B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or an equivalent technical discipline.
2. Field Track Record: 1–2 years in EV ecosystem operations, power distribution, battery systems, or industrial electrical maintenance.
3. Core Technical Competencies:
4. Strong mastery of low/high-voltage electrical wiring, schematics, safety protocols, and multimeter diagnostics.
5. Working knowledge of battery cell behavior, BMS logic, and charging protocol standards.
6. Execution & Mobility:
7. Independent problem solver capable of high-autonomy decision-making in high-pressure field scenarios.
8. Highly mobile within the Visakhapatnam operational zone; valid driver's license and personal two-wheeler required.
