Own monthly closing, P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and MIS.  Manage accounting and reconciliation across D2C website, marketplaces, payment gateways and COD.  Drive revenue, inventory, COGS, returns, discounts and marketplace settlement reconciliations.  Prepare channel/SKU-level profitability and contribution-margin analysis.  Manage budgeting, forecasting and monthly variance analysis.  Own cash-flow, working capital, receivables, payables and inventory.  Ensure timely GST, TDS, income-tax and other statutory compliances.  Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants and banking partners.  Strengthen financial controls, SOPs and automation.  Partner with business, supply chain, marketing and operations teams on financial decisions.  Lead and manage the finance & accounts team
