Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable and physically active Material Handler to manage incoming and outgoing inventory at our facility in Nagpur. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, moving, storing, and organizing materials, loading/unloading shipments, and ensuring goods are ready for dispatch safely and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

1. Loading & Unloading: Unload incoming shipments and load outgoing delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
2. Material Movement: Transport raw materials, components, or finished goods across warehouse/factory floors manually or using hand trucks, trolleys, or pallet jacks.
3. Inventory & Stacking: Inspect goods for damage, verify incoming packages against delivery notes, and stack/store items in their designated bin locations.
4. Order Packing & Staging: Pick, check, pack, and label goods accurately according to dispatch schedules or customer orders.
5. Record Keeping:



Assist with periodic inventory stock counts and maintain clean logs of incoming/outgoing materials.
6. Workplace Safety: Keep storage areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety guidelines to prevent accidents and material damage.

Requirements & Qualifications

1. Education: 10th Pass / 12th Pass / ITI equivalent.
2. Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, dispatch, or manufacturing floors. (Freshers with valuable stamina and willingness to learn are welcome).
3. Physical Fitness: Ability to lift, carry heavy boxes/materials, and work standing or moving for extended shifts.
4. Basic Skills: Basic understanding of reading tags, labels, and dispatch invoices.
5. Attributes: Punctual, honest, teamwork-oriented, and attentive to handling items carefully.
