Daalchini Technologies, a leading provider of automated vending solutions, is expanding its operations in Gurgaon and is looking for dedicated Vending Machine Operators. This role is the frontline of our service delivery, ensuring that customers have uninterrupted access to a wide range of snacks and beverages at any time of day. As an operator, you will be the face of the company, responsible for the day‑to‑day upkeep of each machine, from stocking to cash reconciliation.

The core of the job involves traveling to assigned machine locations using your own bike, adhering to a predefined route schedule. You will unload inventory boxes, verify product expiry dates, and arrange items neatly within the machine to maximize visibility and sales. Regular checks for cleanliness, proper temperature control, and functional dispensing mechanisms are essential to maintain high service standards.

In addition to physical tasks, you will handle cash and electronic payments collected from the machines. Accurate daily reconciliation, secure cash handling, and timely submission of sales reports through a smartphone application are critical components of the role. Any technical glitches or supply shortages must be reported immediately to the support team, allowing for swift resolution and minimal downtime.





We welcome fresh graduates and candidates with little to no prior experience. Comprehensive on‑the‑job training will be provided, covering inventory management software, basic machine troubleshooting, and customer interaction protocols. Compensation includes a base in‑hand salary of INR 15,500, a monthly attendance bonus of INR 500, a petrol allowance, and performance‑based incentives ranging from INR 2,000 to INR 4,000. This structure ensures that diligent operators can earn between INR 18,000 and INR 20,000 per month.
