Our logistics network is expanding rapidly, and we are looking for energetic Bike Riders / Delivery Executives who can ensure that parcels, food orders, and important documents reach our customers quickly and safely. As a front‑line representative of the company, you will play a crucial role in shaping the customer experience, handling each delivery with professionalism and care.

The role involves picking up items from our partner stores or warehouses, navigating through busy city streets, and delivering them to the correct address within the promised time window. You will use a smartphone equipped with our delivery management application and navigation tools such as Google Maps to track orders, update delivery status, and communicate any issues that arise. Accurate record‑keeping and adherence to traffic regulations are essential to maintain our high standards of safety and reliability.

We value punctuality, honesty, and a disciplined work ethic. You will be expected to start your shift on time, follow the assigned schedule, and meet daily delivery targets. The position offers flexible shift options, allowing you to choose full‑time or part‑time hours that suit your personal commitments. Whether you are looking for a steady income or a side gig,

the role can be tailored to your availability.

Physical stamina is important, as you may need to lift and carry packages weighing up to 15 kg and navigate stairs or narrow alleys. A valid two‑wheeler driving license and ownership of a well‑maintained bike are mandatory. Your smartphone will serve as the primary tool for order management, navigation, and communication, so a reliable data connection is essential.

In return, we provide a competitive compensation structure that can be based on per‑delivery earnings or a fixed salary, complemented by fuel allowances and performance‑based incentives. Payments are processed weekly, ensuring you receive your earnings promptly. Additional benefits include the opportunity for career growth within our logistics team, access to training on safe riding practices, and a supportive work environment that recognises and rewards dedication.

If you are a self‑motivated individual with a solid sense of responsibility and a passion for delivering excellent service, we invite you to join our dynamic team. Apply through our portal or contact the HR department for further details.
