Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineer with robust expertise in backend automation, data validation, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will have experience in Agile and Kanban environments, a deep understanding of SDLC/STLC, and the ability to work independently while ensuring high-quality deliverables across healthcare and/or marketing domains.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Collaborate with business associates and data teams to gather and analyze functional and technical requirements.
- Design, develop, and execute backend automation scripts to validate processes and data integrity.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to track user stories and defects through closure.




- Ensure comprehensive coverage of SDLC, including post-production monitoring and documentation.
- Create and maintain detailed test documentation, including Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Proofs (with screenshots), and monitoring reports.
- Write and execute complex SQL queries and stored procedures for data validation.
- Quickly learn and adapt to new processes, tools, and technologies.
- Maintain attention to detail and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Work with email marketing platforms and journey builders to validate campaigns and workflows.
- Be flexible with work hours to align with EST time zone requirements.
