Job Description

The Finance Controller will manage the General Accountants team in Bangalore and will be responsible for processing transparent reconciliations and a group of reports on behalf of multiple entities around the group in multiple regions. This is an integral role and requires accurate execution, and a strong attention to detail and a good understanding of the figures.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Manage the team to address all performance issues
- Liaise with Regional SSC contacts as a key point of contact
- Perform reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Develop, Produce and review various business reports
- Support month end closing · Participate in process improvement activities




- Review Inter-company reconciliations and work with GSSC to generate missing postings
- Take ownership of various balance sheet reconciliations
- Participating in P&L; Analytics, Forecasting, Budgeting and providing the walk to Senior finance leadership

Essential:

- Qualified Accountant
- Management experience
- Attention to detail
- Strong excel and data handling skills
- Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Familiar with Oracle ERP system
- Experience of working to deadlines
- Ability to challenge the numbers and explain variances
