Summary
We are currently seeking a seasoned professional to join our Earner Access & Compliance Operations team, focusing on the oversight of operational processes throughout APAC regions. This pivotal role involves handling the full lifecycle of access and compliance requests, ensuring seamless workflow management, and maintaining high standards of operational efficiency and adherence to service level agreements.

Responsibilities

- Oversee the complete lifecycle of access and compliance requests, from initial submission to final resolution.

- Supervise operational task queues, distribute assignments, and ensure all service level agreements and delivery deadlines are met.

- Execute configuration tasks, including testing, validation, and the deployment of changes to production environments.

- Serve as the primary liaison for regional partners and business units across the APAC territory.

- Address and resolve escalated issues while troubleshooting complex configuration challenges.

- Perform root-cause analysis and facilitate the implementation of secure corrective actions.

- Maintain comprehensive documentation, including standard operating procedures, testing protocols, change logs, and audit records.

- Track adherence to service levels, monitor backlog volume, identify errors, and assess team performance.

- Detect operational bottlenecks and lead initiatives to optimize processes.

Requirements

- Minimum of two years of professional experience in operations or a closely related discipline.

- Proven track record in managing work queues, defining workflows, and monitoring service level agreements.

- Demonstrated ability in analytical thinking and resolving complex problems.

- Exceptional capabilities in stakeholder engagement and skilled communication.

- Meticulous attention to detail with a consistent focus on quality assurance.

- Proficiency with JIRA or similar work management platforms.

- Advanced competency in Excel and Google Sheets.

- Strong command of the English language for business communication.

Preferred Experience

- Familiarity with JIRA Service Management and the creation of SLA dashboards.

- Background in ride-hailing, delivery services, courier operations, or the gig economy sector.

- Experience specifically in onboarding and compliance procedures for earners, drivers, or couriers.

- Knowledge of configuration management and operational system architectures.

- Previous work experience within APAC markets or regional contexts.

- Expertise in process automation and workflow optimization strategies.
