We are looking for a legal qualified with 3 to 5 years of experience to provide contractual support to the India and Middle East Legal team, primarily by reviewing legal and commercial documentation. The role will involve reviewing MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, amendments, commercial proposals, RFP responses, vendor agreements and other business documentation, identifying material legal risks, ensuring alignment with Thoughtworks' standard contractual positions, and suggesting appropriate drafting changes. Strong legal drafting and document review skills are essential, along with the ability to understand the commercial context of an engagement and distinguish material issues from routine contractual points.

The individual will also be expected to coordinate with relevant internal functions,



including Data Protection, Information Security, Finance, People, Procurement and other stakeholders, where their inputs or approvals are required as part of the review process. The role is predominantly focused on legal review, drafting, internal coordination and issue identification, rather than leading external contract negotiations. The ideal candidate should therefore be able to independently manage a reasonable volume of contractual reviews, provide clear and practical legal comments, and escalate significant or unusual legal issues to the Head of Legal as appropriate.
