Job Description: SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM)

- As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively identifying and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems.
- This role requires a dynamic approach to troubleshooting, ensuring the smooth operation of critical applications. The skilled collaborates with different teams to maintain system stability and performance, while continuously monitoring and analyzing system behavior to prevent potential disruptions.
- The position demands adaptability and a keen eye for detail to support complex environments effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to streamline issue resolution and improve system reliability.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving skills and technical knowledge.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on system support priorities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities related to SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) modules.
- Experience in diagnosing and resolving complex software issues within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and techniques to proactively identify potential system failures.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively document issues and collaborate with diverse teams.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
