This position is being hired on a Pan-India basis. Candidates are required to apply against the respective Requisition ID. The location reflected in the system is “HO” for requisition purposes; however, the actual work location will be allocated based on the candidate’s preferred location, business requirements and availability of positions across locations.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Territory Manager – Collections to manage and drive collection operations across the assigned territory. The incumbent will be responsible for achieving collection targets, managing field teams, monitoring portfolio performance and ensuring effective recovery of outstanding dues while maintaining compliance with organizational policies and processes.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and drive collection performance across the assigned territory.

Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets as per business requirements.

Lead, guide and monitor the performance of the collection team and field executives.

Allocate portfolios and ensure effective follow-up on overdue accounts.

Monitor daily collection performance, productivity and field activities.

Analyse collection data, ageing reports and portfolio trends to identify gaps and improvement areas.





Ensure timely resolution and escalation of customer-related collection issues.

Conduct regular reviews with team members and provide guidance to improve productivity and recovery efficiency.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders and relevant teams for effective resolution of operational issues.

Ensure adherence to collection processes, company policies, regulatory guidelines and ethical collection practices.

Monitor field visits, customer interactions and recovery activities to ensure process compliance.

Prepare and review MIS and collection performance reports and share regular updates with management.

Identify high-risk and critical accounts and take appropriate corrective action.

Drive team engagement, discipline and performance within the assigned territory.
