Job Purpose

OSB India, a leading financial institution, is seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with 3-8 years of experience to drive the development and optimization of Salesforce-based solutions. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Salesforce tools and frameworks and demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Core Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions to meet business needs.
Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and other Salesforce tools.
Build and optimize integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
Lead technical discussions and contribute to solution architecture.
Ensure the implementation of Salesforce security standards and best practices.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
Follow the TDD approach and ensure unit-test coverage meets quality requirements.

Experience Requirements

10-15 years’ experience as Salesforce Developer, working within Financial Services or Banking is desirable but not essential.

Knowledge Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
10-15 years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components,



and Salesforce API integrations.
Experience with deployment tools like Copado, Gearset, or similar CI/CD platforms.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce data models, SOQL, and SOSL.
Understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum processes.
Nice to have : nCino, Mambu
