Job Purpose
We are looking for a Software Developer to design, develop, enhance, and support enterprise
applications and backend services. The role involves API development, system integrations,
database development, troubleshooting, and working closely with QA, Product, and Support
teams.
Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain scalable web applications and backend services.
• Design, develop, and integrate REST APIs.
• Develop efficient SQL queries and work with relational databases.
• Integrate applications with internal and external systems.
• Troubleshoot application and production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployments, and release activities.
• Work closely with QA, Product, Infrastructure, and Support teams.
• Follow coding, security, performance, and development best practices.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Required Skills




• 3–4 years of software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in Python / Java or similar backend technologies.
• Good knowledge of REST APIs, SQL, MySQL/PostgreSQL, and Git.
• Understanding of application debugging, logging, and troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodology.
Positive to Have
• Experience with Flask/FastAPI/Django or similar frameworks.
• Exposure to Azure/AWS, Linux, Redis, Docker, or CI/CD.
• Experience with API integrations, asynchronous processing, or high-volume
applications.
Qualifications
B.E./B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a related field.

Strong problem-solving skills, ownership, analytical thinking, good communication, and
ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
