Job Description

• Branch P&L; & Strategic Growth: Take complete responsibility for branch profitability, revenue targets, operating budgets, and margin optimization.
• Operational Leadership: Oversee daily functions across Sea Freight (FCL/LCL), Air Freight, Customs House Agency (CHA), and CFS/warehousing operations.
• Carrier & Agent Negotiations: Leverage industry relationships to negotiate competitive ocean/air freight rates with shipping lines, airlines, and NVOCC networks.
• Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, train, and mentor customer service executives, operations staff, and sales managers to achieve operational excellence and low turnover.
• Key Account & Overseas Network Management: Build and nurture direct relationships with major corporate clients, while expanding WCA/FMC partner agent revenues.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure strict adherence to customs regulations, FMC rules, import-export laws, and internal process controls.
