Role Description This full-time, on-site Sales Consultant role is based in Bhubaneswar. The Sales Consultant will engage with prospective and existing clients, understand their property needs, and present suitable residential, commercial, land, and investment options. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting property consultations, following up on leads, organizing site visits, and preparing proposals and documentation to support transactions. The role involves maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction,



and collaborating with internal teams to provide accurate market information and advisory. The Sales Consultant will also track sales activities, meet defined targets, and contribute feedback to improve NOVOHOMS’ services and client experience.

• Demonstrated focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to build trust and long-term relationships.

• Knowledge of local real estate markets and basic understanding of property and investment concepts is an advantage.
