THE ROLE
We're looking for a Partnerships & Growth Specialist to build relationships and unlock opportunities across colleges, corporates, retailers, gyms and community organisations. You'll work closely with the founders to expand NAZR's reach, build a strong partnership pipeline and turn conversations into meaningful business opportunities.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Identify potential partners and drive outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Pitch NAZR's products, workshops and partnership opportunities to prospective partners.
• Develop proposals and presentations tailored to partner needs.
• Build and maintain relationships, manage follow-ups and move opportunities forward.
• Coordinate campus workshops, brand activations and partnership initiatives with the operations team.
• Represent NAZR at meetings, events and networking opportunities.




• Maintain the partnership pipeline and report progress against weekly targets.

• Robust verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to approach and engage new people.
• The ability to think on your feet, handle objections and adapt your pitch to different audiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build genuine professional relationships.
• A proactive, organised approach to outreach, follow-ups and managing multiple priorities.
• Commercial awareness, persuasive communication and a focus on outcomes.
• The ability to work independently and take ownership in a fast-paced startup environment.
