JNB Bearings Pvt Ltd imports industrial bearings and markets them under its own brand, J&B.; With our group company Jain Bearing Centre (since 2008; Chennai, Bellary, Rajahmundry) we supply stone crushers, rice mills, cement plants, workshops, dealers and OEMs across Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and Maharashtra. HR runs fully on Zoho Recruit, People, Payroll, Sign and Forms, with written SOPs and monthly KPIs.

The Role in One Line

Own hiring and HR operations end-to-end on Zoho — fill roles quick with the right people, onboard them digitally, keep employee data and payroll inputs accurate, and run a fair performance and grievance process.

What You Will Do

1. Talent Acquisition (Zoho Recruit)

• Full-cycle hiring:



requisition → JD/KRA approval → posting → screening → interviews → offer → joining

• Manage 15–20 concurrent openings: Field Sales Executives across TN / AP / Karnataka / Maharashtra, telecallers and office staff

• Source via Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna/WorkIndia, referrals, WhatsApp groups and local networks

• Action every application within 48 hours; keep pipeline and notes updated daily

• Track time-to-fill, offer-to-join and 90-day retention — not just resume counts

2. Onboarding & Documentation (Zoho Sign, Zoho Forms)

• Offer and appointment letters via Zoho Sign — 100% signed digitally before Day 1

• Joining documents only through Zoho Forms / People — never on WhatsApp or personal email

• Day-1 readiness: employee record, system access, induction and reporting-manager briefing

3. HR Operations (Zoho People, Zoho Payroll)

• 100% accurate employee master data, attendance and leave
