Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Export Manager role based in Gurugram. The Export Manager will oversee end-to-end export operations, including documentation, compliance with international trade regulations, and coordination with logistics partners. The role involves developing and executing export strategies, identifying new international markets, and building strong relationships with overseas clients and distributors. The Export Manager will collaborate with sales and finance teams to manage pricing, payment terms, and forecasts,



while monitoring performance against business targets. The position also requires regular reporting on export activities, market trends, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership.

• Strong export operations knowledge, including export documentation, customs procedures, and regulatory compliance.
• Skills in business planning and strategy development, with the ability to set goals and track performance.
• Experience in international business and international trade, including familiarity with global markets and trade practices.
