Role Description The Front Desk Staff role is a full-time, on-site position based at the RENDER SKIN & HAIR clinic in Egmore. The role involves greeting clients, managing check-in and check-out procedures, and ensuring a welcoming and professional reception experience. Daily tasks include handling phone calls and appointment scheduling, maintaining patient records, coordinating with dermatologists and clinical staff,



and managing the waiting area. The Front Desk Staff will also process payments, provide clear information on clinic services and procedures, and support general administrative duties to help maintain smooth clinic operations.
Qualifications
• Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Communication abilities.
• Proficiency in core front office responsibilities, such as Receptionist Duties and Phone Etiquette.
• Basic Computer Literacy, including use of clinic management software, email, and office applications.
• Ability to maintain a professional, calm, and welcoming demeanor in a busy clinical workplace.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and strong organizational skills for handling appointments and records.
• Prior experience in a clinic, healthcare, or hospitality front desk role is an advantage.
