Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Team Lead at Taxcart. The Senior Team Lead will oversee a cross-functional team, set priorities, and ensure delivery of high-quality features and enhancements to the Taxcart platform. Daily responsibilities include coordinating workloads, providing coaching and guidance, reviewing progress against goals, and removing blockers for team members. The role involves collaborating with product, engineering, and operations to align on requirements,



improve processes, and ensure smooth implementation of tax-related functionalities. The Senior Team Lead will also monitor performance metrics, support continuous improvement initiatives, and contribute to strategic planning for scaling the platform.
