Manager/Senior Manager, Social Operations

Virtusa's marketing team is looking for a manager or Senior Manager to lead the day-to-day execution of our global social media program and support digital campaign operations across the function.

This is a hands-on digital role, not a traditional project management position. You will own the operating rhythm for Virtusa's social channels, translate digital strategy into executable plans, and ensure campaigns and content move from brief to publishing to performance reporting.

You will independently manage day-to-day social operations, including content calendars, publishing and scheduling, platform governance, campaign coordination, performance data, and cross-functional delivery.

The role requires someone who can move comfortably between strategy and execution: understanding what matters, coordinating the teams required to deliver it, and stepping directly into the work when needed.

What you'll own

Social media operations:



Own the day-to-day operation of Virtusa's social media ecosystem across corporate and regional channels, including editorial calendars, scheduling and publishing, platform governance, access and permissions, channel standards, and publishing quality control.

Social campaign execution: Translate social and campaign strategies into actionable plans across organic and paid social channels.

Content and publishing calendar: Maintain the master social calendar, manage publishing schedules, identify conflicts and gaps, and ensure planned content is ready, approved, and published on time.

Platform ownership: Manage the operational administration of Virtusa's social platforms and social media management tools, including account governance, user access, permissions, publishing workflows, and platform best practices.

Cross-functional coordination: Work across Social, Content, Design, Brand, Web/MarTech, Marketing Operations, agencies, and business stakeholders to ensure campaigns move thr
