Role OverviewWe are seeking a Business Development Manager with more than 2 years of relevant experience in the interior design, home décor, or interiors industry to drive B2B sales, acquire clients, and build strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities• Generate recent business opportunities across residential, hospitality, and commercial segments.
• Build relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, and hospitality brands.
• Manage lead generation, client meetings, proposals, negotiations, and deal closures.
• Identify market trends and develop strategies to grow the client base.
• Coordinate with design and production teams to fulfil client requirements.
• Maintain CRM records, sales pipelines, and performance reports.





Requirements• Minimum 2+ years of experience in business development or sales within the interior design, home décor, or interiors industry is mandatory.
• Strong B2B sales, networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to acquire clients and manage long-term relationships.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and basic productivity software.
• Interest in art, craftsmanship, and customised décor solutions.
• Willingness to work on-site in Jaipur and travel for client meetings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or a related field preferred.
