Role Description This is a full-time, in office Personal Assistant role based in Mumbai. The Personal Assistant will support senior leaders with daily administrative tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing travel and accommodation, and coordinating internal and external appointments.



The role involves preparing documents and presentations, handling correspondence, maintaining records, and ensuring timely follow-up on action items. The Personal Assistant will liaise with multiple teams and external partners, help organize events and engagements, and uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills, including calendar and travel management.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal, for interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
